Payment Methods

Funding your account at TradeFW.com couldn’t be simpler. A deposit can be made by credit card, wire transfer or an online payment service as well as many other direct wire transfer services. We take great pride in the security we provide our customers when funding their account thus all Client funds are held in a segregated account which means corporate funds are never commingled with customer deposits. It also means that your funds will never be used for anything other than trading CFDs and Forex on the platform. We pay out of all valid withdrawal requests, profits and capital, in a timely executed manner based on the terms of the site.
The minimum deposit at tradefw.com is 250 (EUR/USD/GBP/AUD/CAD/SGD). Simply select one of the payment methods listed below.
Please note that all deposits made in GBP/AUD/CAD/SGD shall be converted to USD or EUR as per the client’s choice at the standard rate on the conversion day. The client shall bear all conversion charges.

Deposits

  • For bank deposits the Company will consider as deposit the net amount received in its Bank Accounts, subject to any applicable banking fees/charges/costs.​
  • *Please note that your deposit may be delayed, if you do not submit the necessary documents or TRADEFW is unable to verify all necessary information provided by the client.
  • **For foreign currency transactions up to €2000: €8, over €2000 - €10000: €15, over €10000 - €50000: €20 and over €50000: €40. For transactions in Euro then up to €2000: €3, over €2000 - €10000: €6, over €10000-€50000: €12 and over €50000: €30.
  • ***Finally note that the Company offers three base currencies (EURO/USD/GBP), therefore all deposits shall be converted to USD/EUR/GBP as per the client’s choice as at the standard rate on the conversion day. The client shall bear all applicable conversion charges.
  • The Company shall take every effort to update the fees and charges imposed by third party providers in a timely manner, however it shall not be held responsible for any subsequent changes and/or inaccuracies by any Third Parties such as Banks and Payment Service Provides that may be provided to the company with latency and/or is beyond its control.

Withdrawals

  • * Payment Processor charges are covered by the client not by the Company which is a standard fee of 3.5% for Credit/debit cards - Wiropay: 4.5€ / 4.07£/ 5.48$* - Powercash 2€. Any charges imposed by the bank of payment service providers shall be paid by the client. Any charges/fees/costs imposed by payment service providers will be deducted and the Company shall return back to the clients’ account the remaining balance.
  • ** Please note that for USD and GBP the fees are the same but the transferred amount will depend from the exchange rate of the requested day. Please note any Payment Processor charges are covered by the client not by the Company.
  • *** Please note that BOC withdrawal fees are as follows: Up to €1000 €5, Over €1000-€5000 €10 and over €5000-€50000 €12. For withdrawals over €50000 0.15% with minimum €5 and maximum €250 and €17 processing fees for amounts up to €10.000 or €25 process fees for amounts above €10.000. SWIFT transactions bear an additional charge of 0.05% with a minimum charge of €20 and maximum charge of €200. Any other fees/charges which may be incurred by the Company in the process of the withdrawal shall be paid by the Client.
  • **** For withdrawals via a payment service provider there are two base currencies (EURO/USD) therefore all withdrawals made in other currencies shall be converted to EUR/USD as per the client’s choice at the standard rate on the conversion day. The client shall bear all applicable conversion charges. For withdrawals via a credit institution there are three base currencies available (EURO/USD/GBP) and the client shall pay any applicable fees/charges/costs.
  • All withdrawals are handled within 24 hours. The refund may take 4-8 working days. If you have not received your refund after this period, you should contact our Support.
